Lead a major digital and cloud transformation within a complex health environment.

We are partnering with a large health organisation to recruit an experienced Digital Cloud Strategy Program Manager to lead the governance, coordination and delivery oversight of a significant digital and cloud transformation program.

This is a senior program role operating across strategy, architecture, cloud, infrastructure and operational readiness. You will bring together multiple initiatives, delivery partners and stakeholders to create a clear, integrated program view and ensure complex dependencies, risks and priorities are actively managed.

Working closely with senior leadership, technology teams, vendors and delivery partners, you will provide the structure, governance and decision support required to move a major digital strategy from planning through to successful execution.

The Opportunity

You will take ownership of integrated program planning and governance, developing and managing the Program Initiation Document, program schedule and key governance artefacts. You will support senior Steering Committee forums, providing clear reporting, decision support and visibility across risks, actions, issues, dependencies and program priorities.

A key focus of the role will be coordinating multiple concurrent technology initiatives and ensuring alignment between cloud strategy, architecture, delivery execution and operational readiness. You will manage vendor interfaces, cross-program sequencing and complex dependencies while supporting a controlled transition from legacy infrastructure to cloud-based services.

You will also play an important role in service transition and BAU integration, ensuring future operating models and operational requirements are considered throughout program delivery.

What you will bring We are looking for an experienced ICT Program Manager who is comfortable operating in a complex, highly governed environment.

You Will Ideally Bring:

Proven experience leading complex ICT programs with multiple projects, vendors and delivery partners
Strong program governance capability across integrated planning, risk, issues, dependencies, change control and executive reporting
Experience managing major cloud, infrastructure, digital transformation or service transition initiatives
Strong commercial and vendor management capability, including budgets, contract variations, options analysis and management reporting
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear advice and decision support to senior leadership

Experience within health, particularly a complex tertiary health environment, would be highly regarded. You will also bring an understanding of ICT delivery methodologies across both Agile and Waterfall environments and the ability to connect strategy and architecture with practical delivery and operational outcomes.

PMI and/or PRINCE2 certification is required, with a relevant IT degree viewed favourably.
