Based in Canning Vale, you'll play a pivotal role supporting the Service Delivery function, working closely with leaders across the business to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is an immediate start contract through to 25 September 2026, offering full-time hours (38 per week).

In this varied role, you'll become the central point of coordination for the Service Delivery team, providing high-level administrative support while helping leaders manage priorities, schedules and key operational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level administrative support to the Operations Manager, Team Leaders and wider Service Delivery team.
- Coordinating meetings, calendars, events, reporting deadlines and business deliverables.
- Supporting communication across the team and assisting with ministerial correspondence, priority communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Maintaining training records, coordinating KPI and hazard reporting, and supporting safety and incident management processes.
- Guiding and coordinating administrative staff across the Perth metropolitan area while ensuring compliance with internal policies and legislative requirements.
- Previous administration experience within a large and complex organisation.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating meetings, reporting and operational activities.
- Exposure to incident management, governance or business support functions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to work across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience supporting business change or continuous improvement initiatives will be highly regarded.
- A current WA C Class Driver's Licence.
