Some roles are about keeping the lights on.
This one is about reshaping how the business operates.
We’re partnering with our client in the utilities sector to find a senior technology leader who can step into a critical role during a significant ERP transformation. This is a backfill for a highly capable leader, so we’re looking for someone who can operate at that same level – commercially aware, delivery-focused, and confident engaging at an executive level.
This is not a role for someone who sits on the sidelines. You’ll be in the detail when needed, but equally comfortable influencing direction, challenging thinking, and ensuring delivery stays aligned to business outcomes.
The environment is complex, multi-disciplinary, and genuinely interesting. There’s a strong pipeline of transformation work, and technology is seen as a core enabler across the organisation.
What you’ll be stepping into
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise applications and play a key role in the ongoing ERP transformation journey. This includes working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are achieved, risks are managed, and value is realised.
It’s a role that blends strategy with execution. You’ll be leading teams, shaping delivery, and ensuring governance is strong, while still keeping a clear focus on business impact.
What will set you apart
We’re looking for someone who has operated at a senior level and brings a blend of leadership, delivery, and technical understanding.
Why this role stands out
This is the kind of role people don’t often leave unless something genuinely compelling comes along.
You’ll be stepping into a position where:
If you’re someone who enjoys leading from the front, bringing clarity to complexity, and delivering real outcomes, this is worth a conversation.
