What you’ll be driving
- Leading agile ceremonies across SOC and IAM delivery streams
- Coaching teams to lift agile maturity within security-focused environments
- Partnering with SOC analysts, IAM engineers, and product owners to prioritise high-value security outcomes
- Supporting delivery across identity controls, access governance, incident response uplift, and monitoring capabilities
- Managing dependencies across cyber, infrastructure, and business teams
- Removing blockers quickly to maintain momentum in time-sensitive security initiatives
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master within cyber security, ideally across SOC or IAM environments
- Strong understanding of identity concepts (MFA, PAM, access controls) and/or security operations (SIEM, incident response)
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM or similar)
- Confidence working with technical security SMEs and translating delivery into business value
- Strong stakeholder engagement across security, IT, and business teams
- Experience with tools like Azure DevOps or Jira
