This is a hands-on role where you’ll focus on keeping things running smoothly — troubleshooting, maintaining systems, and supporting the wider business across server, network, and security domains. It’s ideal for someone who can quickly get up to speed, work autonomously, and add value from day one.
What we’re looking for
Someone who can hit the ground running, communicate clearly, and take ownership of issues without needing heavy direction. You’re comfortable working across a broad tech stack and enjoy being the go-to person when things need fixing.
The environment
You’ll be joining a tight-knit infrastructure team of six who are collaborative, pragmatic, and supportive. It’s a no-politics, get-the-job-done kind of environment where people pitch in and help each other out.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be focused on BAU support across a hybrid environment, including:
- Monitoring and maintaining server, storage, and network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting issues across systems, security, and connectivity
- Supporting patching, updates, and general system health
- Assisting with user and business support where required
- Working closely with the team to ensure continuity and stability
Tech environment
We’re looking for solid, hands-on experience across most of the following:
- VMware
- Windows Server 2016+ (including IIS)
- Active Directory and Azure Entra ID
- Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Microsoft SQL
- Palo Alto Firewalls
- Aruba networking and wireless (including Aruba Central)
- Dell hardware and storage
- Nimble SAN (iSCSI)
- Veeam backups
- Linux (various distributions)
- ThreatLocker Application Control
- General networking and security
