Change Manager

We're working with someone who's spent a good part of their career helping organisations and their people through change. They've worked across a wide mix of projects, from workplace moves and new ways of working through to large business transformations and cyber security programs. Along the way they've become really good at understanding how a change will affect people, figuring out what support they'll need and making sure everyone knows what's happening and when. They've worked with everyone from senior leaders through to frontline teams and have a natural way of bringing people along for the journey.

What stands out is their ability to make change feel manageable rather than overwhelming. They're organised, approachable and good at listening, and they know that a great plan only works if people actually understand it and get behind it. They've led communications, training, stakeholder engagement and business readiness across some sizeable programs, while keeping a close eye on how people are coping with the change. Now looking for a new opportunity, they'd bring plenty of experience, a practical approach and a good understanding of how to help a business move from where it is today to where it needs to be.
