What you'll be doing

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale Oracle ERP implementation.
- Managing implementation partners, systems integrators and third-party vendors.
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, budgets, governance and reporting.
- Coordinating business, functional and technical workstreams across the program.
- Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and critical decision points.
- Building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
- Working closely with change management, testing, data migration and training teams to support a successful implementation.
- Overseeing project financials, resource planning and executive reporting.
- Ensuring governance, compliance and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Driving successful cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities.
We're looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager who understands what it takes to deliver complex enterprise implementations within large organisations.
You'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience successfully delivering Oracle ERP implementations from initiation through to go-live.
- Experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion or Oracle E-Business Suite projects.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies, including planning, design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover and deployment.
- Proven ability to manage large implementation partners, vendors and cross-functional delivery teams.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and navigating complex organisational environments.
- Strong project governance, financial management, risk management and reporting capability.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
- Experience across Oracle Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HCM or other Oracle ERP modules will be highly regarded.
