In an industry that deals constantly with rejection (both giving and receiving), peoples’ livelihoods and unarguably copping the most amount of ‘haters’ than any other profession. Recruitment can suck.
But not today.
Today, recruitment is the best thing in the world.
Today, I called a candidate and got to offer him the job.
Not just a job. The job.
The job offer that means he gets to return home to Perth and be with his family after being separated from them by his work.
Today, recruitment changed a life.
Today recruitment had me cry happy tears.
