“For me the most compelling part of the role that we play as a recruitment consultants is, yes we get to help companies, but it’s really the individuals – and we get referred people’s sons and daughters to help them make career choices.
We actually sit down with people and help them map out their careers for where they want to be in 5 to 10 years and sincerely help find them roles that are actually going to to get them there
I guess for me now, because I’ve been doing this for 20 years, the most rewarding part is a lot of the people that I have worked with are now CEOs and executives.
The best part is they still come to us to help them find a people in their teams. So I consider this to be the most privileged job in the world.”
